The first meeting is free, takes 30 to 45 minutes, and usually happens at our Markham Road office. If you cannot make it in, we also do consultations by phone or Zoom. Bring whatever you have — we'll fill in the gaps from there.

What to Bring (If You Have It)
- •Last year's corporate tax return (T2) or personal return (T1) — signed copy
- •Year-to-date profit and loss statement or recent QuickBooks/Sage export
- •Recent CRA correspondence — assessments, letters, reassessments, GST notices
- •Payroll summary if you have employees — number of staff, pay frequency, last T4 run
- •Bank and credit card statements for the last 3 months (optional)

Walk-in — by appointment
We do take walk-ins during office hours, but a quick call ahead guarantees Sujay or a senior accountant is free to sit with you. Parking is on-site at 1585 Markham Road.
Visiting the Office
The office is on the third floor of the plaza at 1585 Markham Road, just south of McLevin Avenue, in the Malvern area of Scarborough. Closest intersections are Markham & Finch and Markham & Sheppard. On-site parking, TTC bus routes 102, 133, and 131 stop within a block.

Most of our clients live or work within driving distance of the office, but we run bookkeeping and tax for clients across the GTA — Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Toronto, and North York — entirely remotely. QuickBooks Online gives us both live access to the books, and we handle CRA filings on your behalf through our CRA representative authorization.
First consultation can happen over Zoom or phone. After that, document exchange is through our secure client portal. You don't have to drive in unless you want to.
